Lustre Pure Light is a small, hands free, rechargeable product with slim flexible therapy heads, which target problem areas of acne. Visible blue light at a wavelength of 420nm does not contain any ultraviolet light (which can damage the skin) but is effective in killing P.acnes, the bacteria which causes acne. The bacteria that cause acne produce a chemical called porphyrin. When blue light at a specific wavelength is applied to this porphyrin, it becomes acive. This active porphyrin has been clinically proven to destroy the bacteria.

Furthermore , mineral make-up is inert, so it does not harbour bacteria, making it the ideal solution if you suffer with spots - providing excellent coverage that will not make the problem worse. Our range contains only skin-healthy ingredients.
